The refurbishment of St John’s Court on Quay Street will be completed mid-July, 2019.
Previously known as 19B Quay Street, PJD Group purchased the building in September 2017. It totals 5,500 sq ft over four floors and sits directly opposite Allied London’s No.1 Spinningfields.
The refurbishment works included a re-modelling of the main entrance, new toilets, installation of air conditioning and new suspended ceilings with recessed LED lighting.
The building has previously been used as offices, however planning consent has now also been obtained for D1 (medical) use, meaning the accommodation can be used as offices or for medical consulting rooms, dental surgeries, physiotherapy, health clinics etc.
