The refurbishment of One Express will start on site in October 2019, with completion due September 2020.
One Express is located behind the former Daily Express Building on Great Ancoats Street. It was acquired by PJD Group in 2017 alongside Two Express.
One Express comprises 25,000 sq ft of office accommodation over three floors and is made up of smaller suites. Refurbishment works will include the creation of Grade A office space, some co-working space on the ground floor, a café and gym, as well a new entrance and break out spaces.
