Murray House, 85 Piccadilly fully let to Communicate School

Today OBI Property announced Communicate School has taken the remaining 2,102 sq ft, the top floor, of Murray House, 85 Piccadilly which means the English language school now occupies the whole 6,444 sq ft building. Communicate have taken a ten year lease with a break at year 5. OBI Property represented landlord Philip J Davies Holdings on the deal, and are sole leasing agents on the building.

Communicate School is an independent, family run English language school and is accredited by the British Council, the Independent Schools Inspectorate and a member of English UK. The school relocated from 36 George Street to Murray House in October last year, and due to recent growth has decided to take the remaining space.

Richard Mace, director, Communicate School said: “We have created our own purpose built school at Murray House and I am delighted with our recent growth, we are able to take the remaining floor. We look forward to welcoming our international pupils to our new school.”
