PJD Group have announced significant lettings within their estate as two tenants have moved into larger suites relocating from One Express to Two Express. Both buildings are owned by the PJD Group.
The first floor at Two Express became vacant in January 2025 and the two tenants moved quickly to secure the space which the landlord divided to provide two suites.
Eleven Sports Media Limited have taken 7250 sq. ft and Rosso and Azzuro Retail Limited have taken 6250 sq. ft, reflecting a significant increase from their previous suite size in One Express.
Mark Davies, Managing Director of PJD Group, said “I am delighted that two growing businesses have chosen to relocate to a building within the PJD Group, this is evidence that providing quality forward fitted suites in amenity rich buildings helps to foster a community spirit.
Jack Spellacy, Director at Rosso and Azzuro Retail Limited, said: “Relocating to Two Express marks a significant step for us. Staying within the PJD portfolio was a natural choice, the team has always been responsive and supportive, and the space at Two Express offers us the flexibility and quality we need as we scale.”
Andrew Cowell, Transactions and Asset Management at OBI, said: “It’s fantastic to see Rosso & Azzuro and Eleven Sports Media continuing to thrive within the PJD portfolio. Their relocation to Two Express, where each has secured high-quality, fitted and furnished workspace, reflects their impressive momentum and ambitious growth.
“Both companies have made significant commitment in the Anocats district, with Rosso & Azzuro acquiring 6,250 sq. ft and Eleven Sports Media securing 7,250 sq. ft. Since opening their first Manchester offices with PJD in 2023, they’ve grown rapidly and found a strategic property partner in PJD who understands and supports their evolving requirements during their exciting phase of expansion.”
OBI acted on behalf of PJD Group in both transactions.
